Free Home Assessment 

A Seniorcorp Care Coordinator will do a free in home assessment for interested seniors and their families. 

This 30 minute assessment allows you to find out whether remaining at home is the best option, what we believe would be beneficial in a care plan and make suggestions regarding home modification, basic safety, health and nutrition or even other services not offered through Seniorcorp.  

Most importantly it is a time for us to understand your needs, desires and personality so we can decide on the best staff member and care plan for you. 

If you decide you are interested in Seniorcorp services we plan a potential start date, define a schedule, design a care plan, discuss pricing and identify the employee that best matches your needs and personality.
