Seniorcorp Gold is a membership service especially created to keep seniors healthy and well and to protect them from having to worry about managing their medical and long term care needs.
Many clients refer to it as an “assurance” program. Our main goal is to promote independence, at home, as long as possible using wellness programs, and to intervene immediately if your needs change or you have a healthcare crisis.
Your Care Coordinators will visit you quarterly and do a Health and Wellness Inventory, monitor your needs and goals, and be there for you no matter what may happen.
On an average month some members are working on fitness and nutritional changes. Others may have us managing their medical records, showing up at the hospital with them, or even taking on the insurance companies when they are over billed.
